Not trying to be rude but this topic makes no sense. First off, that is not a computer you should even be thinking about if you're poor. Second, it's 2013. You can't plan a build 2-3 years ahead because we have no idea what the market will be like. You can start looking at the price and performance of components when you're ready to buy, at this point it's anybody's guess.

As people have already said, planning a build this far in advance is madness, not trying to insult you at all. For all we know Nvidia could go out of business, Intel could pull out of the consumer chip market... anything could happen.
