i mean area with no pixels not covered with plastic frame. At left side its perfectly fitted, but at top and right side there is like 2-3mm no pixel area, black,, dead, not lighting area out of resolution and pixels.

If you can, make a white image at the full screen resolution, but make the far right few columns of pixels another color. Make this image full screen and see if you see the colored columns; if you don't the pixels are dead, and if you do then they panel is probably not centered or something.

No. there is pixel free area. Even if you turn off screen and look closely you can see pixel boxes, but this area is without pixels. Its like frame doesnt fit the pixel screen area corectly. Have you the same at yours u2312hm?

I would suggest contacting Dell. I don't have a U2312hm, but I have a U2211H and a U2713HM, and none of them have had anything like that.
