If you're not interested in doing any modifications to the 600T, you're not going to fit a lot of rads in as is. The top can only fit a slim 240 in the default mounting locations, with the fans on top. You could mount a 200mm in the front pretty easy, and maybe a 120 in the back but it might interfere with the 240 up top.
Personally cutting up the top of the case a little would be my choice, and then you could fit a 360 up top, then go ahead with the 200 up front. The combo of the 200mm and the 360mm should be enough for your components.

I'm up for doing any modifications i need to do - one question is do you think i could get away with one loop or split them

Dual loops is not really worth the trouble, and with the limited amount of space you have in the 600T it would just be a big pain. Temps would be about the same whether you are running everything on a single loop or separated into two loops.

Subbed to see how that Raystorm block fits. Mine was super tight on my 1366 board, to the point that it damaged the block surface (made pits).
