What are some speakers should I look at? I think a 2.1 setup would be best for me. Maybe not have a sub at first so I can put as much money into the speakers and receiver as possible.

I saw some Dayton B652 speakers for $~50 that I was going to buy but thought I would ask first. They look so small so I am not sure if they would provide enough sound. I also saw this Lepai Amp. Any good?

I plan to use the speakers mainly for BF3 and movies.

Im not sure how big of a space you plan listening in, but the b652 should be loud enough to fill an apartment sized room. I opted to get the Polk monitor 30's 5-1/4" bookshelves over the Dayton b652 6-1/2" as the daytons seemed like they would be too big for my desk. The polk 5-1/4's are plenty loud enough for my apartment and I can piss off the neighbors If I wanted to. I also recently picked up the lepai 2020a to power them and I freaking love it. For under $30 I don't know why I waited so long to pick one up. I had the polks powered by an old sony receiver that might as well have doubled as a heater. The Lepai powers them louder than I or my neighbors ever care to listen to and doesn't seem to generate any heat.
