Alright so i just put together a new system and at stock settings its completely unstable i keep Bsod'ing...ive tried everything to figure out the issue and i cant resolve it.

specs

Asrock 970 Extreme4
AMD FX 6350 3.9ghz
Cooler master Hyper 212 evo (push pull config)
Corsair vengeance 8gb ddr3 1600mhz
Gigabyte HD 7950
Seagate Barracuda 1tb hdd
Rosewill HIVE 750w 80+ bronze
Fractal design R4

ive tried updating to the latest bios and it didnt work. ive also tried the latest Beta bios and that also didnt work, ive noticed that the stock voltage is at 1.45v so ive actually taken that down to about 1.35 and still its not working. ive also made sure it wasnt the memory. im pretty sure the motherboard is just crappy...do you guys have any idea whats wrong? i think im just going to return it to newegg and try to get a 990fx board and just pay the difference....this crap is annoying haha

ive ran multiple IBT too it crashes out after about 2 passes and Prime crashes out after about 5 minutes

What is the BSOD when it happens? You kinda need that information to diagnose what's wrong with the board. Get that error code and report back.

Can you take a pic of the whole error box? The more info, the better.
