But I need to know what the best board to OC this little beast is.. I'm looking at a UD5 990FX right now...

990's have a AM3+ socket. That chip i believe is AM3 only so up to an 890FX board

That's cool that your getting a 965. I would say that the GA-990FXA-UD5 would be a nice motherboard to go with. I've had one of those in the past and can definently say that they are nice motherboards.

They are Backwards compatible.

Does the UD5 really come with Diablo III? Also was looking at the Crosshair V...(

Gigabyte MBs are most robust on the market nowdays but do try to get an UD7 if you can, slightly better VRMs on them. It's a full 8+2 VRM and not half and half. If you need a full size WC, it means you are going tu push it a lot so get some extra cooling on VRM an Northbridge, you are going to need it. NB on Gigabyte MBs knows to get pretty hot when pushed.
