Use Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to overclock the HD 3000 IGP, to overclock the cpu you need to do this through the bios or use the tuning programme.

Does the CPU have Turbo Boost?
As said above, Intel's OC Utility should be able to boost it if it does.

Regardless whether it's overclocked or not, the HD3000 isn't a gaming card or near anything capable, but it depends on the games you want to play. Older games, or indie games should be fine in most cases. Newer games, (Tomb Raider, Crysis 3, Bioshock Infinite for instance) won't hold up so well with the integrated HD3000.

You can try using GameBooster to kill some background processes but that won't really bump up the GPU power, which is one of the most important components that defines the gaming capability of any device other than the CPU.

Another option, look into buying or building a custom gaming desktop, or if you like laptops then there are some available too.
Again, ideally, it depends on what you're trying to play.

Ok, thank you about the information.

I am already using Razer gamebooster and ThrottleStop toghther , its boosting the game a little bit but not quite enough !

And for the Turbo Boost i thing that my cpu support this, but i am not sure how can i enable that !

Please, replay if u know how to enable Turbo Boost !

Thanks !

It'll be enabled by default

You're using Throttlestop - how are your CPU temperatures?

Should be enabled by default, check your BIOS otherwise. Or use applications like RealTemp, CPU-Z or HWMonitor to see how high it clocks up during gameplay.

As for GameBooster and stuff, they usually only disable background services which generally only free up RAM, it doesn't affect CPU or GPU performance really unless one of those applications is taxing them.
