freezes followed by hard reset

Hello. While i am playing World of Warcraft,my computer freezes. I can't to anything but a hard reset. I am not seeing any BSOD,but when i come back i get this report:

Can anyone help me with this? I suppose it is a hardware problem? Thanks in advance.

Does it only happen when playing wow? Have you changed anything recently to your system?

Recently it happened when windows was starting up,right when the windows logo popped up. And no, i did not change anything.
