Plus I don't mind 35 frames but i do mind 25 fps

This thread is hilarious. If you think you need dual GPU for 1080p resolutions you need to re-evaluate. The current pricing of the GTX770 for as low as 399, is the obvious choice. You don't need crossfire or SLI. Single GPU will play anything you want with very playable frame rates, and nearly any setting.

Ha very very true. A single GTX 770 or even 670 will play 1080P any game at the highest settings without much of a problem....
