Unlikely, once Nvidia start selling 770 they will stop making 680s.

they can't price the 770 that low or existing 680's wont sell unless they are lowered, and vendors have heaps of them, and that becomes a rebate nightmare. The 770's will be a bit more expensive than 680's currently are for a while. 700 is right for the 780, at least in my business mind, because they will fly at that price.

with the 770 they will, it's the existing stock of 680's that will keep the 770 price up for a little while.

so a card thats ALREADY out 770=680 will go up in price ???? i dont seem to understand your logic!

i scoped a 680 4gb at tiger direct for 450$ a bit ago! ....so same card (770) with half the memory will be 50$ more expensive?

300 for the 760

400 for the 770

550 for the 780

i see he same prices, but we should know that logic plays no part in new tech, even stuff that isn't "new' Tech. There will be a premium.

the prices will make or break alot of people

if its 550$ im staying if its more illl buy a 760ti !! or scope a used 670/7970 for cheap and buy a PS4/720 and go back to console gaming! i love PC gaming but reality is 80% of my pc gamer friends are console gamers now !!

and this is a expensive hobby for a father of two starting its own business! Nvidia needs to realize the economy is bad and with competitive prices they will do better!

That's the point, there is no logic in pricing of rebrands. Nvidia will charge premium for higher numbers and many non experienced builders will fall for it.
