Logitech M100 - Worst mouse in the world!

Pros: Good shape

Cons: Horrendous tracking, starts stuttering and go all over the place after you swing it beyond a certain speed.

Avoid this mouse at all costs! Its only £9.99 but tracks terribly! (As expected for a cheap Logitech mouse).

Why do you keep buying these cheap office mice and keep excepting something else than office grade?

WMO was cheap and suitable for office environment but it was the best mouse ever for like 10 years!

Excuse me, I use the Logitech M100 for gaming (CS:GO, that too) and I can't complain one bit. It's as sensitive as I need it to be and has never stuttered once yet. I also use it with MarkC Windows 7 Mouse Fix to make sure there's no mouse acceleration and it's as smooth as olive oil. Not to mention how cheap it is.

There are diffrent m90/m100. I know it for sure. The first gen m90 where really nice oc'd to 500 hz. Really nice tracking feel, no ripple or acceleration. Of course no really high malfunction speeds. Its like logitech noticed there are ppl using it for gaming and put a really bad sensor in it (not as bad as RX250, but very close)

I can literally make the Logitech M100 malfunction by moving it in circles at a constant speed... sometimes the cursor would stop and just go all over the place and the perfect control speed is so extremely low. Even the Basic Optical v2.0 has a higher malfunction speed and better cursor precision.

Its a shame that there is no cheap optical nowadays that comes anywhere near the WMO (even at 125 Hz)... the closest you can get is the BT mice from Microsoft but their cursor precision isn't as good as the mice with the MLT04 sensor. Not to mention slight prediction.

LOL I have no idea where you bought this from and what you have done with it but such problems are unheard of. Just go check out reviews of the Logitech M100 and you'll see what I'm talking about.

You must have never used any other mouse... the M100 is like possibly the worst mouse you can get even for its low price.

Unrelated to the M100 discussion in general: That guy in the video cracks me up a few times... "no metal parts on the outside, hence totally bad build quality" ... lol
Also he doesn't talk about sensor performance at all (at least not showing anything), pretty bad for a review.
