Well I have no regret for getting TITAN with 6GB VRAM that is huge compare to 3GB GTX780.
Well those are synthetic and unconfirmed it would be rather odd since the memory bottleneck on the Titan isn't really there is it.

I've considered a Titan but then decided to wait till I build my new rig.

Multi display or high res display in combo with games that consume 2/2.5GB of vram on its own.

And you see how useless the processing power of the titan was at that resolution. By the time 6GB becomes needed the titan will feel like an 8800 does now and there will be much faster cards out.
