As others have said... I would be waiting for the DX10 cards coming out; there should be some budget and mid-range ones by summer of '07. So the best card for your money right now would be a BUSINESS CARD! HA!

Well when DX10 cards flood, DX9 will likely go downward in what you can sell them to people for, since DX10 equivalents will likely be better in every aspect, along with you cant go past 1280x1024 on that monitor. A 7600GT can play any game with at least 1024x768 medium. A 7800GT refurb is on the egg for $150 right now, that will play any game right now at 1280x1024 max. For $200 you can also get a new 7900GS I beleive and do the same thing as the GT. Why waste money?

Lyokohack, you should save your money and hold your eagernes to play games at max resolutions for one more month !! DX10 is coming mate !
Well of course, if you're not upgrading to vista, you could always get those 7900...
