If you wanted to it wouldn't be all that difficult to make a metal mounting plate that mounts to m-ITX and then lets you mount m-ATX on top of it, although it might be a bit of a squeeze. biggrin.gif

On topic: That Apex DM-387 actually looks pretty good for an HTPC case.
