Just by eyeballing it, getting a 600w PSU seems about right for your setup depending on how much you overclocked the CPU (if at all).

From www.theitdepot.com

Seasonic 520W Power Supply (S12II-520) 3,930

Antec 550W Power Supply (VP550F) 3,940

Seasonic 620W Power Supply (S12II-620) 4,945

Antec TP-550 Watt 5,280

For your system a 500w PSU is more then enough and yes it will run SLI 660's with no issue at all since these are all high quality PSU's

For you to have an idea my Sig rig draws 230/250w running 3DMark11 (i have a kill-a-watt) i have my CPU at 4.7GHz and my card at 1200/1400 if i run lets say prime 95 and furmark it goes to 300w

Use this: eXtreme PSU Calculator

This calculator has come very close to my real world observations using a mulimeter spliced into a PSU power cord.

And realize that you are not going to pull that Maximum Wattage unless you run Prime95 and Furmark at the same time.

Most of us ship the item if there is a problem.

That would be an excellent choice of PSU in your budget. I highly doubt you would ever have problems with it. Unless you just do something silly. I absolutely love my 620w Seasonic.

yeah that would be right, will call the service center and find out the details about the replacement procedure, will update in 1 day as tomorrow (sunday) they are closed.

Baskt_Case you those PSU calculators will give you +100w easy on top of what you really will use/need

thanks cygnus.. then i would better go for a 500 w psu instead 600w then use the extra cash for ram, i am so glad i got all these info. it was really help full. if the seasonic service center gives any positive feed back, then i would go with that.

is antec 520 is better corsair gs 600/500 ?

now i know seasonic is better than both of them..

I would go with the Antec over Corsair CX/GS series any day

I'm just going off my actual observations. My previous rig was a Phenom II X3 720 with my HD6450. The eXtreme PSU Calc said it should pull around 270W if I remember correctly. When I spliced a multimeter into my PSU cable, my actual pull from the wall was around 240W.

Even after correcting for efficiency, I figured not bad for just a calculator that is assuming worst case scenario and even throws in adjustments for capacitor aging.
