The official specification chart of NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 780 GPU has been unveiled confirming the details we have been reporting since last month. The GeForce GTX 780 has already been announced publicly in China at the GeForce E-Sports event so only the launch remains which would take place on 23rd May “23:00″ globally.

The GPU would make use of the cooler from GeForce Titan which would allow for better thermal specs providing users more overclocking headroom. The pricing is suggested around the $599, while overclocked models which would also be available at launch are going to cost slightly more. You can check out the be benchmarks for GeForce GTX 780 GPU here. Latest reports point out that the custom models won’t be available at launch but rather be released a bit late for an extra cost.

599 rolleyes.gif looks like prices are set to maintain current prices of their old junk. This is not going drop the price of older cards (580) by anything really. No chance of a $200 new 580 for me to sli

The 500 series has been EOL for ages. They don't get price cuts unless some retailer has lots of stock and wishes to get rid of them.

Yes they do I'm still guessing 550 euro a pop are you planning on getting one?
Getting something here in NL is a pain so don't hope on a NL hardlaunch they will be in store about 4 days after the launch date then another 4 days before prices settle down.

I really want one but tied to a budget so it a waiting game.

Hope it stays under 600 euro so I can go for 4770k platform aswell.

ehhh, anything $650 or under is good for me as I have $300 eVGA bucks to drop on it. Figure I'll wait for the Hydro Copper and see how much it is, then either go with reference with separate waterblock or get the HC2. Waaay ready to retire this 570 to folding/dedicated Physx duty.

How is it 4 Teraflops? Titan was 4.5TFlops, so if this is 10% slower in SP it is good news (even if the performance is at slightly higher clocks).

Going off the CUDA cores, TMUs and ROPs chopped it should be 83-85% performance of TITAN.

It looks like GTX TITAN owners got royally shafted if they were just looking for more performance.

Titan cooler for overclocking headroom? So that means no unlocked voltage? Just more "headroom" ... cause its "colder"... What if youre doing water cooling already? I get my card to as cold as 40C on load but Kepler just does NOT overclock that much from stock. Its just so restricting; considering how cold you can get it.
