You can only change voltage and unlock shaders on Cayman, everything else is either signed or controlled by the driver making it moot anyways.

Memory timings are in the firmware, and are not controlled by the driver.

Ah, I would not be using AB to overclock with a ref Cayman card. The magic is editing your voltages thru bios.

MSI AB works perfectly fine for controlling clocks and voltages on reference Cayman cards.

Unless you are having idle issues, or really want to tune your card for optimum voltages at individual power states, there is no real need to modify the BIOS. You won't get any more performance out of the card than you would with a straight software overvolt/OC.

Stop arguing when you don't know what is what. There is no point in talking about timings or any clocks speeds because that part of the bios is signed and any attempt to modify it will create a hash mismatch which will result in a BSOD as soon as the driver is loaded during log in.

Using RBE to control voltages is superior in every way to using software. You have direct access to the four powerstates allowing you to overclock as if you were AMD themselves. Software can only manipulate two states, 2D and 3D, when there are four states active. I would kill for RBE access with Tahiti lmao!!@#$%^&*
