Help with Logitech G700, G13, MX3200 peripherals please.

If anybody can shed some light on what is happening you will save me from wanting through all of my input devices out of the window.

I currently use a G13 game pad, G700 mouse, and MX3200 keyboard on my rig. The rig was using a Q6600, Intel Motherboard, OCZ Ram,9800 GTX and running Win7 Pro on a Sata HDD. I was been using this setup since around Easter. Had not been having any problems.

For my birthday this month I upgraded the system to an i5-3570k, ASRock Extreme6 motherboard, using the same ram, Same GFX Card and a fresh install on a Samsung 840 SSD. Then the problem started. At first I thought I was having difficulty with the receiver being away from the mouse. The mouse would just stop working and start, kind of like stuttering while using it for surfing the web or moving files around. But when I started trying to play games I realized how bad it had gotten. I started up Black Ops 2 in Steam on the free play weekend and while playing noticed that I would lose control of my character. All of a sudden he would decide to sprint for a wall or strafe continuously . After a couple of seconds I would be able to control it again. At first I was going to write it off as system lag caused by my horribly outdated GFX Card, but then a friend wanted to play Borderlands 2. I played Borderlands before the upgrade using these peripherals with no problems. Again same as Black Ops 2 start running into wall, strafing like an idiot, etc. I also noticed that since I was push to talk using both mumble and TS3 I couldn't talk while this was happening. Normally I use the G13 and G700 for gaming and the keyboard for the occasional button I don't have mapped. Thinking that maybe the G13 was the problem I also tried using the keyboard for controls and no dice. Still problematic.

Any ideas on what is going on? If you need any more info let me know and I will be happy to provide.

Is it like the whole computer is stuttering out a bit? Are there any beeping sounds? You are describing my exact problem except mine also beeps at me with any input from mouse or n52te. I'm not sure as I couldn't control when it happened but earlier tonight I went into my case and unplugged my case usb ports (front audio as well, never use it.) and havn't had a problem since then. The whole experience of being on my computer has changed, it's smoother and my flash drive and usb hdd are loading instantly instead of taking awhile. You may have a problem with the front panel on the case like mine. But I should say I don't know if this fixed it, it just hasn't happened yet in the last couple hours.

*EDIT* I'm just hoping if I fixed it that it didn't screw up my motherboard. The reason I did it in the first place was because one of the usb ports died on me earlier tonight and the case ones had been giving me trouble for awhile now anyway. Last option before I give up and build new.

When mine starts to act up the keyboard and G13 freeze and stop accepting inputs. But whatever the last input was keeps happening. I can still control the mouse as far as it pointing i.e. can look up, down, left, right but mouse clicks are not registered. For example in Borderlands I can't fire. No beeps whatsoever when this happens. One thing to note is that I can't change what app is on the LCD screen on the G13 i.e. switching between profiles, core temp, mumble, ts3 while it is locked up.
