Yes, I can hear the water running. Fans are spinning but that shouldn't even matter since none of the water is hot yet.

Anyone have any idea what this is happening? I know it's not how I installed the waterblocks since I can feel them getting very hot, which means they are in good contact. Is there such thing as a broken waterblock?

Have you tried re-seating and re-applying the TIM to the blocks that are the issues? maybe it is bad contact/bad TIM. Otherwise make sure that the flow path is correct, that you are not having the inlet of any blocks/res etc going to an outlet of another.

Can you change the speed of the pump? If so is it on the highest setting?

do you see any water activity in the reservoir? if not then change your loop order.....

are you sure the water is flowing you did jump the psu to bleed your loop didnt you? if you see air in your loop, you should still be bleeding it. i think its a trapped bubble.

Okay I'm not sure if this is normal or not, but I took out a plug fitting on the top of the 360 radiator and my reservoir suddenly started overflowing a lot.

It's not seating/TIM issues since I can physically feel the block getting very hot. That means the seating is fine. There's only 1 speed.

Yes, when I was first filling it a lot of bubbles went through the reservoir.

Yes there are still some small bubbles in the tubing that won't move.

That might be possible, I did see bubbles go up the pump > cpu tubing though. Also, water came out of the top reservoir when I took out a plug and re-jumped it.

keep the psu jumped, run the pump with the all plugs and fittings in and slowly rock your case in every direction and angle you can. youll see more bubbles coming out.

Since you dont have any temp sensors i say run the system and if the rads get warm you know you have circulation, and if they stay cold you know you have air trapped or its not circulating. Its just like a simple check for coolant flow in your car, if your car is overheating and your radaitor is cold you know there is no flow, then you troubleshoot from there.
