Choose a keyboard according to the other features. There isn't even any advantage gained by changing the USB polling rate, much less switching to ps/2.

As a side note, ps/2 isn't "better" for NKRO, it just doesn't work over USB on many keyboards. Some keyboards include a ps/2 adapter in case the default USB 6KRO isn't enough for you. N or high key rollover is possible over USB, but many manufacturers either don't know how to or don't wish to circumvent the USB standard 6, and thus include a PS/2 capable controller. That's specifically tied to how they produced those keyboards though- ps/2 is not better, and will offer no advantage on a keyboard that isn't designed to do NKRO over ps/2 adapters, and offers no perceivable advantage besides the improved rollover on the keyboards that do.
