P5B-E plus, stabile FSB

Thread Starter
i just got the P5B-E plus, and im wondering what would be a stabile FSB to run, can i run 300 MHz with a C2D E6400, and then clock my DDRII6400 ram down to 600, or can i go all the way up till 400 FSB on stock cooling? and leave the Ram at 800?

Rig is:
C2D E6400
2 GB Dual Chanel DDRII 6400 (800MHz), Geil Ram at CL4
P5B-E plus.
GF7900GT

All stock cooling, with good overall air flow

thx

its allways going to depend on your equipment, the stock cooling will hinder you because of the temps so make sure to keep an eye on them, i would just put the ram at 1:1 and then start raising your cpu to see how high you can go on close to stock volts then once you got that start trying to raise the ram up to get it stable
oh and welcome to the forums
and if you would please fill in your system specs usiing the control panel under quick links at the top of the page
