Thread Starter
yes, I said it.

Ill have a "gaming" laptop for christmas!!

Yes, I know I could have somehting way better with a tower, but I NEED a laptop to go to school and to work there.

Plus, I have a small job where I do 3d applications programs + video/sound editing

What Im looking for is
-a core 2 duo laptop with
-a highend graphic card
-a well built laptop with no heat problem because I often work 8 hours in a row....
-1 to 2 gb or ram

2500$ CANADIAN

thank you very much

a dell XPS would be great i guess, build it yourself to your own customization to see what you can make, then post so we can see. =)

@ Option, i would not still go AMD for laptops, as intels core 2 duo's are great on laptops as well.. especially how he does 3d app programs and such, and he needs battery life.

yes, I've look at the xps

I heard that the customer service is very great and that dell build nice laptops.
But I really dont like the design.

Of course, this is not very important, but Im looking at alternatives

a "stealth" black laptop would be great...
