Volenti cooler. or maybe geothermal. both would make no noise at all.

I do not know the exact numbers, but the H100i will likely perform slightly better than the H80i, given that both setups would be utilizing 2 x AP15s.

I only mentioned the GTs because they my own fan of choice for radiators. Some people say they hear a high pitched whine from them at certain RPMs. I am still yet to hear this myself. I'm only mentioning this because you said you are sensitive to noise.

As for rads, don't quote me on this, but i think the H100i is apparently less restrictive. You would be able to run your fans at a lower RPM and achieve same or similar temperature results as you would on a H80i.

Here is a review i dug up comparing the two
http://www.pcper.com/reviews/Cases-and-Cooling/Corsair-Hydro-Series-Cooler-Comparison-and-Review-H60-H80i-H100i

The conclusion states that the H80i would be the best price/performance.

If you ask me, I would choose the H100i if my case naturally supported it, but if it doesn't then the H80i will be just fine and manage your temps well. You can't go wrong with either.
According to that pcper review, the noise of the H60 at full blast is less than H80 and H100 at idle. I wonder if all of them are coupled with the same fans, how much apart they will perform.

Anyone know how the H80i and H100i compare between each other when Gentle Typhoons are used on them? I'm looking to get one of the two, but the H100i doesn't fit the case "properly" (have to mount it using wireties it seems) so would not mind H80i if the temps are only couple of degrees off.

I ended up buying a Thermalright Silver Arrow SB-E Extreme and it amazingly fitted my case just fine.
