Sony will not follow this, as the PS4 is literally a stream box. It natively supports streaming of games and content sharing.
I really don't think Nintendo realized this was happening. I'm serious. Chances are it's their legal department going nuts, and I'd expect Nintendo to tell them to knock it off soon.
The problem with this is the damage has been done, so chances are you'll see the claims drop off and nobody will notice it, only that something bad happened.
