Which version of Trixx are you using? I know they changed a few things with the stock volts and boost volts in the new (4.6 i think) one. If you have the newest version, Try forcing voltage to stay same when you game. (there is a setting for it in the new version)

Yeah i am running Trixx 4.6 i downloaded the most recent one when i installed the card.
I know about the constant voltage, i will look into this tomorrow it that fixes the fluctuation. Thanks for the tip
But i was like, i want it to work properly without forcing constant voltage as that raises the overall power consumption quiet a lot.
About 2nd bios, the problem occurs when i am using the boost bios. It does like it doesn't when i use the non boost bios but that gives me a decent performance drop. Even when i clock the core the same as the boost bios. Don't know why, but i used 3dmark and Heaven to confirm that.
Like i said, i shows that when i lower the voltage while using the boost bios it doesn't reboot on me.
I just find it not pleasing that the card doesn't even work when i don't change any settings. Certainly not considering i bought the vapor-x to make sure i got a good quality card.
