A small benchmark request.

Thread Starter
Someone managed to run my benchmark on his Phenom X4, and I become curious about differences in new architectures and how sensitive is my benchmark to these changes. In addition I'm curious about difference between Bulldozer and Vishera, and if my benchmark is basically an optimal case for Buldozer.

So I'd need someone with 6-core, and 8-core AMD CPU to run my benchmark and post results.

1.
If you don't have Java, or OpenJava on your computer, download it from here: http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp (Use 64 bit version, as 32 bit systems are somewhat irrelevant in the long term.) If you are paranoid disable, or not install plugin in browser. (But I also suggest to disable Flash and Silverlight.)

2.
Download program from here https://mega.co.nz/#!QJgXSTjL!berfU1KkBqBqrtTSQA1-Uh762A4yIVWgMvZYOyghkoY

, and unpack it into a directory.

3.
Prepare a program for temperature readings.

4.
If your CPU has something like boost, disable it. (Or run benchmarks with enabled boost and disabled boost and post both results.)

5.
Run pack.cmd
Run pack4C.cmd
if you have 6 cores, run pack6C.cmd.
If you have 8 cores, run pack8C.cmd.

It will create some html files. Post results either on paste.bin, or copy last about 10 values from each file and post it here. Also I'd need to know your CPU speed, CPU type (obviously), max temperatures, and your RAM speed.

Now if you are brave, you can run pack8C.cmd on 6-core CPU, or pack12C.cmd on 8 core CPU. Monitor temperatures well and terminate it in case there would be problems. (Note it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes.)

Sorry for detailed instructions like that, but I found some people were mistaking Java plugin for real Java, or had other strange issues. (Which I didn't seen even with office ladies few years ago...)

Also if someone has i5- ivy, I need two of them for control group. (Also one person with i7-3770K)

I'll be home in an hour or so, I run an AMD fx 8320 at 4.0 GHz (OC'd). Should I clock back to default settings? And I have 1866 DDR3 g.skill RAM. Any other info needed other then the programs reading?
Thanks, yodazb

It benchmarks multithreaded communication.

Stay overclocked, as long as CPU will not throttle it will not matter.

It only opens up then closes fast? I got the HTML files from it but they didn't have any content when the browser opened.

That's a sign Java isn't installed. Type into command line java.exe and look what it writes.

Okay I ran the 12. Would you like me to run any of the others? And system specs again are AMD FX 8320 OC'd to 4.0 GHz with 8 GB 1866 DDR3.

You said you want a couple of people to run this on intel cpus.Do you by any chance need someone to run this on a 3930k?
edit:
i did just run all the tests and all of them finished very quickly.(they didn't even last a minute)
That supposed to happen?
