I just bought a ssd and I plan to fresh install windows 7 onto the new drive. Although, if I do this can I simply reconnect my existing old hard drive that has my data and use it as storage? My question is if I install the OS onto the ssd and connect both drives, as long as I boot off of the ssd do I have to worry about the old drive interfering with the new one, thus bypassing the moving any actual data?
