I don't see why not, the whole 6xx series is in the program (besides ftw and non-reference obviously). That's my plan, I'll bump up to either the 760ti or 770 depending on what's the better deal for my money at the time.

760ti is going to be a hell of a card if it matches the 670. Two of those in SLI would be pretty great for those on a budget.

Question, would dual 760 Ti's be enough for dual 30" DELL UltraSharps or am I better off with a 770? In theory of course.

For $600 as opposed to $1000 ... it would have to be crippled beyond all belief (which I doubt it is) to make me lose interest in the GTX 780.

Now if EVGA would just release the pricing on the GTX 780 Hydro Copper 2 version. thumb.gif

Dual 760 Ti over a single 770 in terms of raw performance. Though with dual 1600P, good luck pushing frame rates of any decent level.

since 760ti is supposed to be 256bit just like 770 i dont see a problem there with 1600p like it was in 660ti and 670. then again my 192bit bus on 660ftw throttled on 1080p in heavilly modded skyrim. i will probably buy 780 which should be enough to run 1440p dell u2713hm with fxaa.

If a 760 Ti is just a (670), then an OC'd 760ti should be faster than a 770, and 2x760ti's would give you GREAT performance. Up there with a Titan.

GTX 760 Ti is rumored to be about £265 at launch in the UK, funny that two of them at £530 are considered 'budget' cards. That's just how crazy pricing has become biggrin.gif

670 SLI does great at 1600p and i'm sure 760ti (if it matches the 670) will also be just fine. It should also be mentioned that with nvidia cards, you can't do surround with only 2 monitors, you can only use monitor spanning in 3d applications with 3 monitors. So with that being the case -- the primary display will be for gaming and the secondary display will be an accessory display. What you cannot do, as mentioned, is span the 3d game across two monitors in a surround resolution.

But, with the original question: 760ti SLI will kill it at 1600p, assuming that they match the 670 in performance.

EDIT: I see you do have a 670 biggrin.gif Yeah, not sure you need to upgrade but in that case I'd be waiting to see what AMD come up with too. smile.gif

And two 7970s. Torn a bit between getting two more 7970s or selling both to help pay for two 8970s.
