So, as I said, under the right conditions with a single 1600P display, he would be 'alright'. Which puts things firmly in subjective territory for what 'alright' actually means. I personally can't stand gaming at 60Hz/FPS, it looks like crap. Things smooth out towards ~85, but ideally anything over a 100 FPS.
The Dell uses the same 'cheap Korean' panel as the 'cheap Koreans'. You just get an OSD with the Dell, their name and warranty, and I believe DP input.

I said "cheap" as in cheap price compare to the Dell one, not as in "cheap" panel. I know the panels are pretty much the same.

i am deeply saddened.....
i bought gtx680 very soon after launch ..its Indian price was RS.40,000 ( 730 USD with all the taxes ) while the 680 was retailing 500 $...
now that the gtx 780 costs about 600 $...i am sure it would cost around Rs.45000 which is about 830 USD...

Why are the prices going up crazy...hell with nvidia why do you make cards with very little innovation and upgrades over previous generation? which ultimately makes your cards pricey with every generation..

hell with the Indian economy..they say this country is the second fastest growing economy in the world next to china...but why is the rupee depreciating day by day which ultimately makes buying stuff so difficult?

i am skipping this generation and will go for maxwell..but with this current trend i am really worried about buying good graphics cards in future years
