But I am still tempted to wait for Volcanic Island news at least.

I don't know how much longer I will be able to have only a single GTX 680 with my triple 1440p monitors. Since I sold my QuadFire 7970, I only game on one monitor and I miss my surround. frown.gif

I'm curious as to know why you sold your quadfire 7970's for a single 680 lol

Actually it was $566

exactly. Which is why I'm still calling $650. In line with GTX 280 and 8800GTX pricing.

Early listings are always going to have some air in them.

Every single time.

And the people who want to brag will buy them now. If anyone has a problem with the pricing, just wait a couple months. It isn't really like any games are going to come out between now and then that simply demand 780s.

Because I sold my cards for 2000$ locally (it would never happen at this price again) and took a GTX in stand by. I am also moving soon and my GF is having a baby soon and I also don't have much time to game lately. I think its enough reasons wink.gif

so USD 700 it is, i guess. this was expected. Nvidia aren't going to let this opportunity slip. looks like 2013 is all about record margins for Nvidia. because of AMD not turning up for the fight. way to go AMD mad.gif
