I think i know why your cards runs so hot

You case seems to be an older model AND you have two low RPM fans

Think you sould look at buying a better case if you can

The one you have now cant can't handle two modern video cards that would be my guess

Dang this case was just bought a year ago and was new! What if I replace my fans? will that make a big enough difference.. also at the temps I am currently running 90/83c will I damage my cards?

take your time with the cable management, it should provide better results.

you can also rig a high RPM 120mm fan in front of those cards to reduce the temps a bit.

Thanks Maiky, I will check out some faster 120mm's on newegg and see if I can bring these temps down... I should replace the intake tru quiet directly infront of the cards right?

something similar to this (all I used was a 140mm fan + velcro tape)

Oh I see what you mean here! Ok I am going to order a new fan tonight and hopefully save my GPU's.. Do you think running at to 90c will hurt them in the meantime?

Yea for a 23c ambient those cards are running way too hot. Have you thought about investing in a new case?

You can sell your current case and use that cash for a new one, that is the only thing I can think of ATM to drop those temps.

Thank you for the help. I will probably look into a case if the faster fans don't cut it. I love this case for its quietness but I guess I can't have both worlds. I will let you know how it turns out.
