Motherboard issue ?

Hi, first of all let me tell you what are my PC specs:

- CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66GHZ
- RAM: Kingston 4GB DDR3 1333MHz
- GPU: ASUS ATi Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5
- HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB & WD Caviar Blue 500GB
- MOBO: ASRock G41C-S
- PSU: GlacialTech 550W Real-Power
- Windows 7 64 Bit

And secondly i have to say that i had before Windows 8 Pro X64 and i got "freezes" almost in every windows startup then i had to restart it manually to get it working, also in the desktop, sometimes it crashed and sometimes it shuts down by itself in a few seconds after powering on etc..., so i thought it has to do something with the RAM Memory and i got it replaced with a new stick and i tested it with the Memtest86 with 3 pases and i didn't get any error, also checked the hard drives for bad sectors but they are healthy as well, so i told to a service man that i'm still getting freezes and crashes and he told me to install the Windows 7 because Win8 is still not completed and has some bad issues so i got installed Windows 7 with all needed drivers and windows updates, it was fine until tomorrow and then i went in the same situation and then i changed the kingston ram with corsair still the same things happen again, so the only thing that i think is causing these issues is motherboard but still not sure and i need some advices from you, Thanks!

I want to blame the PSU because that PSU is such a low-quality unit that I wouldn't be a bit surprised if these problems went away if you upgraded to a quality-made unit.

When the PSU is that low in quality, problems like this can (and do) occur.

There are many that can be recommended. It depends on how much you can spend, where you can order from, and what your future upgrade plans are for both the CPU and video card. Even so, if you stay with a single video card, then a quality-made 450W PSU would be a perfect choice.

In the meantime, this can help:
