Yes You will get an Overall system boost with the Extra RAM. Games and Apps like the Extra RAM so your system will gain a benefit and not just your games if you whre to get a new G-card.

I would go for the RAM.

It depends what you do - if you put gaming as your highest priority and can't stand your current graphics get the graphics card, else buy the RAM.

But don't get Corsair, get some modern OCZ, Mushkin or G.Skill

Newer Corsair ram rocks on DFI boards.. Its some of the best in the business and this particular ram has been known to hit 290! I just got some on my DFI expert board and the sky is the limit...Check it out..

Is your current RAM in single channel?

If so, gettings a 2nd stick and running in dual channel will yield higher performance.

If you are running 2 x 512, then upgrading to 2 x 1gb would be a nice jump in system performance.
