hey i just wanted to ask wich cpu is better to go with
fx8320 or fx6350?i will be using him mainly for gaming.
my gpu is an hd6850

i would save a bit and go with the FX6350 or even a FX6300, they are great chips and clock pretty decent too.

Since it is mainly for gaming, pick 6350, good chip for gaming for the price.

from what i see in the benchs the fx6350 has better single core performance than the fx8320 but the fx6350 is higher clocked.If i oc the fx8320 at 4ghz will he does better in at single core performance?

Well if you are mostly gaming, I think a FX 63xx would be your best bet, no real use for an 8 core yet, most games aren't optimized for it.

Save the money and put it towards something else, a better GPU or perhaps an awesome SSD. thumb.gif

FX-6350 will be fin in my opinion. I'm ordering a FX-6300 after pay day because we don't have the 6350 here yet...
