I have no experience with closed all-in-one kits frown.gif but since you wanna make a custom loop, I may be able to help you out smile.gif

you got ~400 dollar budget and want custom loop just for your CPU 3.2 @ 4.7
correct?

I dont know the stores in the US, but here is what you will need to find

Water pump (MCP655 is my favorite)
Reservoir (one that will fit your case.. size doesn't matter)
Radiator (at least 2*120mm)
Fans 2*120mm (4*120 if you want push/pull)
CPU block
Tubes (3-5 feet should be enough for this build)
Fittings that fits the tube of your choice
Water

depending on the prices, you can probably go for a cheaper pump
radiators: if you got the clearance, you can go for a thick (50mm) witch will require some good quality fans or push/pull config (fans on both sides of the rad)
as mentioned in my thread, I changed from thick rad to a thin 30mm witch upped the air flow a lot.
I would think that a thinner rad with some fairly good fans would be enough for this build.
Also it is possible / fairly easy to add extra radiators to the build, should you need it later on.
tubes: the thicker they are, the better the flow
water: I would go for distilled water with adjectives witch is also the cheapest solution. if you want colors, go for colored tubing.

I suggest looking around for those items and post a list so we can help tweak the list rather then building it for you smile.gif
Good hunting.
