AMD have much higher frames latency compared to Intel ?

By some reviews i saw the AMD CPUs have usually an high frames latency, that means with AMD product is easier to have stuttering or less smoother motion in games compared to Intel specially without Vsynch ?

Can you see this two reviews, specially games section please.
Not only the page linked, but possibly all games tested.

Its not that Amd lags, but it because you get higher fps with intels, you automatically get less frame latency because since you have more fps, the frames comes closer in between.

The frametime should be calculated from miliseconds/fps, and it is relative to the fps it self.

What you should look for is the spike in framtimes, which result in studdering.
