320.xx drivers cause laptop monitor to 'disappear'

Thread Starter
I have a Dell Mobile Precision M4700 with a Quadro K2000M

Currently I have the 311.50 Quadro Drivers installed. Everything works fine and I am running a mult-monitor setup.

Whenever I install any of the 320.xx drivers (either Quadro 320.00 official, or Laptopvideo2go 320.00, 320.14 moded) my Laptop Screen turns off and does not turn back on, and the "Generic PnP monitor" which is my Laptop screen disappears from the device manager completely. Only my HDMI monitor works.

I have tried to uninstall and re install the drivers with only one monitor (Laptop screen) and same effect, it just turns off and never comes back on. I have to connect an external monitor just to see what im doing to roll back the drivers.

Anyone having this issue or know of a fix?
