Geez this is starting to scare me now, every corporation wants to monitor you 24/7 just like the government does outside, only now they can passively get into your home and sell on the information

paranoid or what redface.gif

i hope you dont have facebook

i have a paranoid friend that keeps a sticky note covering his kinect's lens. one time he stayed over night on my couch and asked me if he could point my kinect away from him. the xbox hasn't even on. i said sure while LOLing inside.

Wait... Why would the Xbox ONE(stupid name) use 40nm? That does not make sense if they want to lower the power consumption. I doubt this...

Not really feeling this new Xbox, too much "cloud" and "integrated experience" fluff being tossed around.

I just read the wired exclusive on xbox 1, and they said That they shriked The components, and even comstomly designed the hdd and bluray to make room for cooling. Imo laptop hdds and asus blurays are already small enough.

They also said that they have a heatsink with a phase change or something about having a vapour chamber on The bottom, and that's where i stopped reading. Obviously all this is not targeted at us.

I agree with him 100%.This reveal fell pretty flat for me because they focused on features made redundant by things like HTPCs, Bluray players, and smart TVs.

Ok, i didnt realize they had a free version of it. But the question remains, are you required to have an XBL acct to play the new games?

I did that with an Acer laptop. I could play CoD as well on it thumb.gif

true, but it would be more expensive to get a high performing laptop than a console, then again id actually much prefer one of these next gen gaming laptops instead with 8970, or 780m cards thumb.gif
