I've decided on a Superlux HD 681 or a JVC HA RX 700 headphones

Now I need a soundcard..

Xonar DG

XtremeGamer

Needs to be PCI based

Mainly will be music movies and most importantly, CounterStrike GO

Windows 8 64bit too

Budget, about $30 for headphones, $30 for soundcard

For $30 you could pick up a SoundBlaster Audigy card, wouldn't be a large improvement over the 880G integrated audio, but I believe it still has 5.1 surround and a better sample rate. Interface is kind of old school as the card is pretty old.

Is this better than the other 2? The headphone AMP going to help at all on the DG?
