That is the exact adapter that I have used in the past.
You'll want to make sure you have the right DVI cable though, mine only worked with a dual link DVI-D cable:

Your final setup will be:

DVI > DVI
HDMI > DVI
mini DP to DP adapter > DP to DVI adapter > DVI
