I would just like to point out that 19c is not your idle temp. The chip measures temp by power consumption and is geared for accuracy at higher temps (where it is important to actually know temperature). Thus, all thermal monitoring software will report really low temps at idle, but they're actually just totally wrong.
As far as good coolers:
-Phanteks TC14-PE: You can put the memory obstructing fan on the back so that if you only have one bank of ram (as you do on an 1155 board) it won't interfere.
-Silverstone Heligion HE01: Only has one center mount fan. I'm not sure if the sink itself interferes with ram.
-CLC's in general perform pretty well though the fans tend to be loud. If you can afford it, consider an H100/H100i and shell out for some Gentle Typhoon AP-15 fans, or maybe some of those Noiseblocker Bionic E-loop fans (though they just look awesome. Idk how well they actually perform since fan reviews are so rare).
