Motherboard RAM clearance on Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z with Thermaltake Frio Advanced?

Hey guys! I'm building a semi-kickass rig and I need some help.

These are the parts I'm using for sure:

CoolerMaster HAF 912 Advanced ATX mid-tower (it's the awesomer brother of the regular HAF 912, which I got for a damn good deal off ebay! $60 with free shipping!)

Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z

(reusing) AMD Athlon II x4 600e 2.2GHz quad core AM3 CPU (try not to laugh LOL, but I'll upgrade this to an AMD 8150 next year when I gather some more $$$)

(reusing) EVGA GT430 (also, try not to laugh again, but hey, I will be upgrading this to a GTX660Ti next year as well)

(reusing) 500GB + 160GB WD Caviar Blue 7200RPM SATA 3 (I may or may not get an SSD later on)

(reusing) Corsair CX430 PSU (this is fine for now actually, my processor is only 45W, and GPU is 70W. I can upgrade this next year as well when I get the 8150 + GTX660Ti).

===========================================

These two things I am unsure about: 1. RAM, and 2. CPU cooler

For the RAM, I'm thinking about getting 16GBs of DDR3 1600 GSkill Ripjaws X series (if they fit in nicely with the cooler that is, else, I'll get some LP Corsair RAMs):

And for the CPU cooler, I'm thinking of getting a Thermaltake Frio Advanced:

Now, my questions:

1. Does anyone know if the RAM will interfere with the CPU cooler? (yes, I will overclock, especially when I get the 8150. But, even this quadcore can OC to 3.0GHz+, at least it does on my silly $25 used Biostar AM2+ board).

2. Will I have issues fitting the cooler itself inside a Haf 912/Advanced?

3. What would you rate this current setup overall, out of 1-10 in terms of performance?

Never mind. I ordered a CoolerMaster V6.

Someone delete this thread.
