Trust me they get pirated alot too.

Also PS3 got hacked. But again, it got hacked few years later. So now people who are pirates can also own a PS3.

But again Xbox360 got pirated early on and so many people here in Europe and perhaps Asia, got it just for that.

I work during the week and so do my friends so that is when we play games as we are too tired and would rather sit on our own couch/chair and game with each other. The time we do hang out I do my best to avoid playing video games. In high school that did happen but then there would be the few that complained about the screen being too small and or screen looking which caused us to all play at our own places anyways. The Wii is the only console that has actually gotten my friends and I together playing games without complaints.

The XBox One hasn't had a final release so things can still change if they get strong negative feedback. Like many have already said, E3 is right around the corner and Xbox still has a chance to show some potential. Between 360 and PS3 I would always choose the 360 only because of communication. I find it very difficult to get into a random lobby with people who have a mic plugged in or aren't spouting racist slurs on the PS3. I could just have bad luck but that is my personal experience.

Nothing wrong? I like to visit friends and bring console games with to play while visiting... to have to pay a fee to play a fighting game with a friend on his console is ridiculous. I doubt the developers will see any of this money anyway. Between this and them going DDR 3 vs DDR 5 like ps4... its an easy choice for me. Enjoy your Time Warnerxbox.

I would have thought windows 8 already proved this. It should be called Windows tablet edition.
