Dont you find it scary there is zero info on it?

Anyway i would point out the good and bad parts about it but i cant

And since you already knows about it and are looking to replace it i am not going to beat a dead horse

I was agreeing with you - I do plan on switching power supplies when I get a full tower, and I also edited my previous comment with the below -

Edit - Sorry, I didn't realize my power supply in my sig was an old power supply. I did upgrade it in 2011 to a APEVIA ATX-AS680W-BL 680W. Not sure how it compares to the HEC, but I have the HEC as a spare sitting in the closet.

Yes, that one. It appears to be powering my little system fine for a couple years now. Haven't had any problems with it.

Would the Antec EarthWatts EA-650 be a good power supply to upgrade to?

Its a bit basic and a little overpriced as well as overkill i would go with a Rosewill Capstone 550 watts due to its very good value

or a Rosewill Hive / OCZ ZS / XFX Core Edition if you are low on cash

The OP still isn't near stressing it though. It's supplying him with enough Amps at safe voltage levels.
The APU and 768MB GPU's aren't going to pull much power at all.

@ OP -
I would say that your current bottleneck is your processor. You should check out the FM1 A8's if you're on a tight budget.

Even 550 watts is a bit overkill for single cards system but its always a good idea to have att least 100 watts extra

More then 200-250 watts extra and then it becomes overkill and a waste of money
