Nvidia 780 pricing N.America - Page 2

If this pricing is correct then I was spot on when I stated that Nvidia intentionally gimped the 6xx series in order to release a $1,000 card with 30% more performance and then release a $700 card with 15-20% more performance. They are pricing up the stagnant market.

AMD is as much at fault here as Nvidia as they are letting them get away with asinine pricing.

I dunno from all reports coming in we have 599 up to 699. and now 649 seems to be the new winner I tell you what if this card is more than 599 vanilla. NVidia can shove it up where the sun does not shine and I will go pure AMD regardless how fast they are and I will be start a petition for people to Black list Nvida until they bring the prices down.

For over 3 years there 80's series as been 499, the 480 the 580 and the 680 the only reason to raise there price now is pure greed and as long as the general public buys the new cards at these asinine prices Nvidia will not learn.
I am all for making money but these is beyond especially since they been sitting on this chip set for over a year.
