Mark06 difference after overclocking

Thread Starter
so I am getting about a 5300 in mark06 with 3.2 ghz, 9x255.

I then change my clock to 8x420 and make 3.36.

My superpi score went from 15.781 to 15.092 from the overclock, but my mark06 score shot down to 4000, anyone know what the deal is?

Memory is still at 4-4-4-12

gfx is not OC'ed at all...

I am thinking it has something to do with my RAM (timing, etc.)

I would try and run a looser timing and more fsb.I seem to get alot higher 3dmark06 scors if I loosen the ram timing and up the ram fsb
