Asus P8Z77-V LK - CPU voltage incorrect?

Recently I have noticed that my CPU voltage readouts are inconsistent across different applications. I have used Everest, RealTemp, and CPU-Z to read the voltage and they have different readings.

Here are screenshots of what I'm talking about:

In the BIOS, my voltage offset is 1.000 + 0.200 if I remember correctly. I will verify this when I get home today.
EDIT: Looks like it is 1.000 + 0.250, here is a screencap of the Asus software:

This is confusing and I understand that the VID is different from the Vcore but shouldn't the VID be higher? Or the Vcore lower?

When a CPU is lightly loaded, the VID can be changing very rapidly. I have an Asus P8Z77-V Pro board and there are times when the VID + the offset does not even come close to equalling the CPU voltage that software reports.

In this example I am using a positive offset but it looks more like a negative offset when the reported voltage is less than the VID voltage.

Your image has GPU temp selected in RealTemp.. however as an FYI, when running a stress test my VID only goes up to 1.27.. just a 0.01 increase.
