If I have the tv connected by itself it works perfectly as one display. It works perfectly with the tv and one monitor. Problems only occur when I connect a third monitor in any configuration. It is a Vizio 47" purchased within the last 4 months? Not really sure what model, however I did try every resolution combination to try and get the three monitors to mesh, no dice.

I assume it's a 1080p TV then. Very strange that it only starts flickering when the third display is connected. When you connect all three, the two monitors are on one Y cable together and the TV is by itself on the other Y cable, correct? You should have one additional DVI port, so you might try swapping the TV connection to that one. What version NVIDIA drivers do you have installed? Have you tried reinstalling the latest version?

Also if you could right click on the desktop, open Screen Resolution and share a screenshot with all the displays connected that might help figure out what's going on.
