Yes, it does have an OSD, but it's the biggest pain in the ass to use. All of the buttons are located on the back of the monitor, so you can't really see the buttons and the osd at the same time, so there was a lot of guessing and frustration when using it for the first few times, as the button layout is a bit strange to work with.

On the plus side, the entire thing looks very slick for its price, and the entire monitor body (yet not the entire stand) is made of metal, including the navigation and power buttons, so it really doesn't feel like any of those buttons are going to wear down or get stuck.
