Hopefully they learned from Nvidia that undercutting the competition leads to ridiculous amounts of sales. As long as the thing delivers superior performance to the 780 with good mature GCN drivers at $50-$100 less then we could have a reverse 680 and 7970 event. They learned their lesson when the priced their HD7990 at GTX690 prices despite coming in late and they won't repeat it again.

nah read above... 7990 came in with 7 free AAA games, 1GB more VRAM, Bigger bus width and Slighter better performance to the GTX690 at the same price point and yet it got hammered by reviewers because it came late.Edited by th3illusiveman - 5/22/13 at 12:19pm
